Very spacious camper with room for the entire family, including your pets! Loaded with a ton of features to make your camping trip a breeze. We provide basic tableware, utensils, cookware, bedding, pillows, linens, basic toiletries, and outdoor seating for 4. Upon request we also have a Pack n' Play at no additional charge. Outdoor kitchen, stove top, and mini fridge are a great added bonus. Dogs and cats are both welcome, please let us know if you are bringing your pets. No additional charge for pets but will request couch and dinette be covered by provided blankets to reduce change of tearing pleather/vinyl. You can comfortably sleep 7 adults/teens with room for up to 9 or 10 guests. Provided Items: If you need additional items for camping, please feel free to ask! Our goal is to ensure you have all the basic items needed to show up and enjoy camping without having to bring it all. Toiletries: Toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, dish soap Bedding: Pillows, sheets, comforters, extra blankets & pillows Linen (6 each): Towles, washcloths, hand towels, dish towels Kitchen: Plate, bowl, cup, & cutlery for 6, pots, pans, Crock-Pot, microwave, toaster oven, mixing bowls, colander, kettle, coffee pot, cutting boards, utensils Outdoor: Camping chairs x4, outdoor table, outdoor rug, extension Cord Extras: First Aid Kit, lighters, marsh mellow roasters Zero tolerance for parties and smoking inside of the camper. Evidence of smoking may result in forfeiture of security deposit. We want you to have a great time when renting the camper, we just ask you treat the camper as you would your own home. For rentals with no full hook-up option, the freshwater tank will be filled and gray/black tanks emptied. When checking out, please strip the beds and put all used towels in the bathtub. All dishes must be cleaned, dried, and put away. Please cleanup all messes and a quick wipedown of countertops. Basic cleaning is included in the rental, if camper is returned and requires a deep cleaning, there will be an additional charge of $50.
