I bought this camper to satisfy my need for a little peace and quiet away from the demands of a busy life. And if we're being honest, maybe there's a touch of wanderlust there too :) Although I had visions of solitude, my teenagers took one look and instantly wanted to join me. As it turns out, this small but mighty camper works equally as well for a small family as it does for a solo traveler. Camper Description: The front has a massive dinette that makes into a bed. It's light and bright with windows on three sides. There is a TV with DVD player that can be easily seen from the dinette. In the middle is a slide out kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, and three burner stove. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and silverware for four. The bathroom is small but has a shower/tub, toilet, and sink. The rear of the camper has bunk beds (the bottom bunk has a window, too). It's a great weekender or could even be set up in your driveway or on your property to house a few extra guests. It does have solar and the fridge, interior lights, hot water, and one USB outlet can all operate off grid for a few days if it's sunny out. Outside you will find a large awning and a propane side-mounted griddle as well as an outdoor shower. The floor plan shows an additional outdoor mini fridge but please note that I removed it to gain storage space (inside fridge is plenty big!). Here to help! I want you to enjoy your time in Traverse City as much as my family and I do! I would be happy to provide itinerary suggestions based on your interests. Board/card games or local guide books can be stocked at no charge on request. Check in and out times are flexible based on your campsite and travel needs. I do work full time but will work with you to make sure that you're all set. Please feel free to message me and talk through your travel plans/timing prior to booking so we can work out important details. General Rules: Please be courteous as we use this camper too! Plan to return it in the condition you received it. Trash must be taken out and floors generally cleaned up. It's fine to leave dishes in the sink rinsed as I will run them through the dishwasher. $150 excessive cleaning fee will be charged if not returned in the same condition you received it. No festivals, tailgating, pets, or smoking/vaping. DUE TO FAMILY ALLERGIES WE HAVE A STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY. A $500 charge will be assessed if any of these occur. Included: Complete operations walk through and guidebook (and I'm available 24/7 for troubleshooting) Toilet paper Dumping if on full hookup site Fresh water fill if needed Propane Campsite setup needs if you are towing (you need to supply tow vehicle, hitch, trailer brake controller) Plates, bowls, cups, silverware for four Basic utensils, pot, strainer, skillet Antibacterial surface wipes Hand and dish soap, dish sponge, shampoo/shower gel Outdoor flat top griddle (it's awesome!!) Trash can and grocery bags to put trash in Board/card games and local guidebooks on request Outdoor rug and carpet mat by door (helps prevent dirt from getting tracked in) New for 2026: COFFEE MAKER!
