This Brand new 2019 Grand Design XLS 21bhs is a very light and easy to tow camper. Delivery And set up is available for a fee! Contact owner. Our Camper has one Murphy queen bed, a dinette that converts into a sleeping area, and 2 large Bunk beds(400lbs capacity each). (3 real beds to sleep in) Perfect for 2 adults and 4 kids family The kitchen has a microwave, stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and freezer. There is an outside kitchenette. The bathroom has a porcelain toilet, sink, and an extra-large stand-up shower. This rental comes with an Andersen Weight distribution hitch/Anti-sway Chain which makes it tow even better and is easy to use. Our Camper is supplied with all the items you need to make your camping trip enjoyable. Here's a list of the items we have included for your trip. Included, free of charge: • Dinnerware such as plates, paper towels, cups, and utensils • Cleaning supplies (soap, spray cleaner, broom, trash bags) • Cookware • Cooking utensils including fire starters. • linens, towels, wash cloth, laundry bag • First aid kits, band-aids, antiseptic, bug bite care and more • S'mores & hot dog roasting sticks for cooking over a fire • Blankets & pillows • Camping chairs We are at your disposal 24/7 with any questions regarding the functions of the camper. A 3500-watt generator is available for an additional fee. A class III Hitch with a round 7 blade connector for the lights is required to pull this trailer as well as a tow vehicle with a minimum 5,000-pound tow capacity Please don't hesitate to contact us for additional info or if you have questions.
