What Guests Are Saying
Mountain River Ranch RV Park offers a clean and friendly environment with helpful staff, particularly Pete and Trent, who go above and beyond for guests. The themed cabins and glamping yurts provide comfortable accommodations, and the location is scenic and family-friendly, with enjoyable activities nearby. However, some guests have raised concerns about additional fees, pet policies, and site issues, which could impact the experience for pet owners.

Getting here is somewhat of an adventure on back roads, we were only staying here 1 night using our Passport America membership. I usually don't have super high expectations but the photos and reviews were good so figured it was worth the trek to it. The invoice should have tipped me off first, with a resort fee and a per pet fee tacked on. We fulltime RV and I've never had to pay a pet fee, on the phone she didn't even tell me about it. We arrived and were taken to our site which was supposed to be a pull-thru, but someone was already in it. We were given a back-in site nearby, which was fine. Except then the 50amp plug was wired wrong so had to use the 30amp (no big deal but the 50amp could have done some real damage if we had just plugged in without checking it.) After all that we see signs on almost every tree and fence post that dogs are not allowed to pee or poop on the grass and if they did a fine would be assessed. There is no dog park where they are allowed to and dog bags are not provided for my $3.50 pet fee at their waste stations. No rules or maps were given just the one singing plastered all over. Gave us the vibe that we were watching our every move and that we were walking on egg shells. Needless to say we will not be back and would not recommend staying here with pets.

The owners and staff are the best. Talk about best, you gotta try their tacos, WOW. Grounds we green and clean as their bathrooms and showers. Fellin’ lucky? Spend for $ on s bucket of golf balls for a chance to win $1,000. for a joke in one on a floating green. Well certainly will be back 👍👍

I stayed here the first week of May, and I loved it! Bear's Den is the one I got to stay in. It is a super short walk to the bathroom and shower, and the cabin was clean and comfortable. They provide heat, and it was plenty. Trent the owner, and everyone who works there are very accommodating, helpful and kind. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay to get away and relax. Also, you are a short drive to the little town of Ririe. There are 2 gas stations, a nice affordable laundromat and a Dollar Store for the small items you may have left at home. Would I stay here again . . . Absolutely!

This place has been amazing, Pete is the manager in the place and he went all out for Christmas on the property. I have yet to meet the manager Trent, and typically with stays I like to go a few months before reviewing, but this place has been so great for us its been hard to keep quiet. Clean and quiet, and the management will work with you like people should. I've been here for a little past a month, and thus far I haven't had a single negative, you can be social or keep to yourself here, everything is incredibly respectful. Pete's gone out of his way to show us a fun time and socializes great with our kids. Very family friendly location with great scenery and activities in the area. Absolutely 10/10 thus far

Pete the camp host was helpful, friendly, and super accommodating. He even switched our site to something better since there was space. Head of maintenance was awesome too and we all enjoyed a cup of coffee around the morning campfire together. Everywhere was clean, dogs were leashed, scenery was gorgeous, and we couldn’t have been happier!
