This 29’11” camper is fully stocked and ready to explore the outdoors. A kitchen, dining table, couch, bathroom, shower, fridge, freezer, microwave, stove and oven; and for outside cooking a barbecue grill and griddle are provided to keep the crew fed. At night a queen size mattress in the private master bedroom, queen accommodations over the cab, a full-size dinette conversion and slide out couch provide a place for everyone. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably, with small kids it sleeps closer 8. Linens, pillows and blankets are all included. Features an onboard 4,000 watt generator, heater and A/C, and 6 gallon water heater. This fee covers laundry, consumables, propane, etc. This fee doesn't include interior cleaning, it must be cleaned prior to returning. Take only pictures, leave only footprints. Prior to check-out, Renter is responsible for: * Light cleaning: remove garbage, sweep out, do dishes, etc. * Leaving the bedding on the Primary bed, btw, no need to strip the bed; * Leaving all towels on the couch. * Filling the gas tank and dumping the gray and black tanks and filling the gas tank.
