Horseshoe Canyon Campground

Really great camp ground! We stayed in the deluxe cabin and it exceeded my expectations. The cabin was very clean and looked like brand new! It comes with everything you need from dishes to a BBQ, and the fire pit was awesome to spend quality time roasting marshmallows with the family. Inside the cabin was very cozy and the kids loved the bunk beds!, plus the AC kept us very cool on those very hot days. The location is awesome with the vast prairies to one side and Horseshoe canyon on the other side, you can easily walk to the trails in the badlands! The owners were super nice and accommodating and made you feel at home. If you are looking to bring your trailer, rent a cabin, or bring your tent, I definitely recommend this site. We will definitely be coming back again!

What a great spot to stop for a night. The mini golf is free. The campground was peaceful and quiet when we went, lots of people but quiet hours are respected. The playground is small but there is grass space to play.
The bathrooms are nice and clean.
They have a dishwashing sink.
Check in and checkout was simple and they have a little store in case you forgot something.

Campsite was very good and Kelly was very kind and welcoming with the other person with her in the campsite. Able to fix our group together in cabins near each other which is i really appreciated and thankful, our group was happy and we enjoyed together. She is very cool and very efficient. Its very pretty the set up of cabins both inside and outside Very relaxing, feeling in a rich campsite, both have heater and aircon. Washroom are available 24/7, very clean and comfy to use. We enjoyed here, and we will definitely going back. Kids enjoyed the cabins to sleep over. Thank you for the memories, and being so kind to us.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Horseshoe Campground!

The campground itself is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The sites are spacious, the facilities are excellent, and the entire atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors with family and friends.

What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was Kelly. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude made a huge difference in our experience. It’s rare to meet someone who cares so much about the guests and takes such pride in making everyone feel at home.

Kelly is an incredible asset to Horseshoe Campground, and her outstanding customer service is one of the main reasons we will definitely be coming back.

This is such a great campground! We stayed in a deluxe cabin for the weekend and they are amazing! The couple that run the campground are the nicest people around and want to make sure you have a great time! Played mini golf with the family, had some good ice cream it was a great way to cap off a busy day of exploring Drumheller! Horseshoe Canyon is right across the street also which is perfect!
