Cedar Falls Campground

Really nice campground. Lots of different camp spot styles to choose from. The owners were very nice and we wish we could have stayed for more than one night. Just a very short walk from the campsite is the BX Falls which was worth the walk.

We spent 3 nights in the well treed campground, that is adjacent to and accessible to Cedar Falls hiking trail. The hike is approximately 15 minutes to the falls. When you near the falls, there are stairs that take you to the base of the falls.
The campsite that we chose had a 30 amp service and water. This is the second year that we have stayed here.
The owner takes great pride in his campground and is continually adding and upgrading.
The facilities are cleaned regularly.
The showers are awesome.
Laundry facilities on site.
No highway noise.
There are a variety of sites to chose from, with varying services.
Pull through and back in.
This is now our go to spot when visiting Vernon BC.

If you’re looking for a quiet, clean place with everything you need, Cedar Falls Campground is definitely a good pick. We went there on May 26, 2026 and Sebastian was incredibly patient and kind to us that day. He let us explore the site first so we could pick the spot that fit us best. Also, he’s super friendly and really knows how to make you feel taken care of. Sebastian is also very friendly and great at providing good customer service, which is very commendable. Next, we love that when we bought firewood, he offered us a free delivery service, which was incredible. We were surprised to find that evening too that their toilet had a laundry area with machines. I would honestly say that Cedar Falls Campground is a good option to stay.

One of the best peacuful, tranquility experiences we ever had at camping.

- The campgroung is beautiful, peacuful away from the hustle and bustle of the city with all the amenities one needs included shower, clean washrooms, laundry and sink.

The experience is even relaxing with continuous sound BX falls just next the campsite.

The owner Sebastian is super friendly and accommodating

Looking forward for the camping at the same place next year.

Pros
-Amneties were awesome, ($1 Hotshower & Laundry, Clean Bathrooms)
-The property is shaded and under the trees perfect for hot summer days
-Pricing is fair / night
-Close to a nice waterfall walk.
-The location is good, far enough from vernon but close enough if you need extra groceries.

The following are not negatives but you should be aware of at the very least.
-Quiet time and Campfire till 11pm. If you want late night to morning campfire party this is not the place.
-Cannot bring outside firewood, they sell $12 crates which I think the amount is lacking imo
-Be aware the oasis tent sites are quite small (it really is just for 2-3 people and if fully booked, you will lose some sence of privacy as it is very close to each other with some little to no trees to separate between sites) Unless you are camping with a few people and need multiple sites then the oasis is perfect. We were glad nobody booked beside our sites during the may long weekend.
-I cannot speak for the other unserviced tent sites. They looked okay to me.
