Iron Bound Cove RV Park

Truly little hidden gem, our family loves this campground . The seasonal campers are very friendly and also the owners are very caring and friendly too! I like this campground because they are pet friendly, and our dog Shiloh had lots of fun too! This campground has planned events in the barn on the week ends, but is very quiet during the evening enjoy the beautiful scenery and sitting around your campfire with you family and friends at the beach .

My husband, kids and I were travelers, we are now seasonal at this little peace of heaven! Kid & pet friendly, Cathy and Randy the owners are great people to deal with, Very reasonable rates! Access to the Salmon River and turtle Island, great playground for kids as well! There are washrooms and showers in the barn Planned events every other weekend

This park is set on the Salmon River and offers boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking, etc., and just a beautiful place by the river to sit and relax. This quiet, medium sized park offers average sized sites with rock/dirt mix pads and all with full hook ups (30 amp electric, water, sewer). The park is only a few years old and they continue to add new features. The 2 toilet/shower suites are new and very clean, all located in “The Barn”, that includes a large room used for group activities, and a small laundry. They watched a hockey game on a projected screen during my visit. There is Wifi in/by the barn. There are many seasonals. There is a boat launch and small dock. The small office/shop offers ice, ice cream, a few essentials, and propane bottle exchange. There is a playground. There is also Turtle Pond, not part of the river, with paddle boats, I assume targeting a safe place for the kids to swim/play.

My wife and I have been here since 2022, definitely a campground to be in if you want to increase the size of your family! It's not massive and over crowded and not small enough to only say good morning to one or two families, just the right amount to call "family" On the water, not far from Minto or Chipman if you forgot anything and full of great times!

Water, hydro and sewage all included....can't go wrong.
Randy and Cathy are reasonable and fair but best of all....very welcoming into their campground family!

Super nice couple, easy communication. The camping ground is pretty. Highly recommended.
