Great spot to complete a Scuba Diving open water course. The grounds are also great for BBQ and picnics. The fee is $10 to enter and park on the grounds. Did the diving on May 5.

They have done nothing about the geese, so there is tons of poop on the beach area and in the water. After going here I got swimmers itch and a bad rash due to the poop into the water. DO NOT recommend, especially for the high price to enter.

This location is highly recommended for picnics, water-based activities, and relaxation, and it offers ample parking at a very reasonable price.

Went in for a day pass. Lots of beach space and not packed full of people like the conservation area. It's $12 per adult and $6 per child. You can take in your own food and make a full day of it.
