Our group's second time in this campground & glad to see 5 bear boxes (none before). Vaulted toilet was kept clean. Water spigot was flimsy tho' & leaked water the next day. Hiked the trail to Jenks Lake & it was awesome. We love this campground & plan to come back next year.

This was my 6th trip at this campground with my girl scout troop. Over the last 10 years quite a few girls had their first camping trip. They planned and cooked their own meals, they hiked, and they learned all kinds of outdoor skills. This last trip we noticed bear boxes were installed too. We learned geocaching and found a couple of caches nearby. Always a great time with plenty of space and the cleanest pit toilets I have ever seen.

Great site for Scouting event. Open land for tents, group campsite, clean restrooms (no showers). Trailhead to Jenks Lake very close by.
