Majestic Pines RV Resort

My family and I have been here almost year and a half ish. I get on here to do a review after the receptionist laughed in our face over the phone when I stated that we needed someone to come pick up the pile of dog crap in our spot we pay a good penny for. This isn’t the first time it’s happened unfortunately many of us have a problem with the dog poop. Straight up laughed and said they will send out a email. The same email they have been sending out that nobody cares about. My wife was out there scrubbing dog crap with our 1 year old baby strapped up while I was trying to find their newest lady on the golf cart riding around marking on her clip board after laughing and saying someone would be by. Then when we were telling her about herself she decided to circle back around and act clueless and ask what happened. I see majority of these good reviews are from weekenders or blue collar workers who don’t get home till the sun goes down. For the people who have been here for a while know how it is. They have told us to hide our children’s toys and only have them playing with one thing at a time, when you have 8+ kids in the neighborhood playing it’s kind of hard to do that. We have issues with the tree next to our spot infested with wasp in the summer so they wait to send their maintenance man out until it’s RAINING to tell us he don’t see anything. It’s just like how a neighbor put it, the only reason any of us stay is from the community we have built within ourselves. Most of us don't have family around so a strong community is a must. They want to act family oriented all of a sudden doing holiday things at the office but how about ACTUALLY care about the children and CLEAN UP the poop and the unprofessionalism.

This was our maiden trip with our new 26 foot trailer! Our youngest daughter and family live in Willis, Texas- it was the perfect location just across the highway. We had a four night stay at Christmas. We were so happy and pleased with this RV Park, because of the friendly and helpful staff. The RV Park was peaceful, quiet and clean. We’ll definitely be back!

Temporarily lived here for almost a year and it’s been the best experience. Rv spots differ but prices are great for location! Service is great and staff is sweet, but sometimes getting a hold of them can be tricky but gets sorted. Great location off I-45. Recommend for long term !

Tim and James are beyond reproach’s. There level of skill helped us tremendously to resolve our issue. You guys were great. And was kind and didn’t hesitate to help me. So a big thank you to you both. I give you 10 stars.

I lived the last 6 months at Majestic Pines RV Resort. I can honestly say my time there was nice and relaxing. It close enough to Houston but far enough to enjoy the trees and quiet. I would definitely recommend them to other RVers.
