This is a great campsite and representative of the quality sites you'll see at national parks. clean restrooms and great location. Close proximity to Buffalo River Outfitters who I'd recommend for a trip down the Buffalo River.

First stop was at the visitors center. All they required was for us to sign in at the actual campsite. The lady ranger who was working that day and the next day was really awesome. Very welcoming and helpful with information.
There were only 2 other campers the first night and none aside from us the next night so we had a choice of which site we used which was an added bonus. The camping area was really clean and so were the bathrooms for an outdoor park bathroom. The showers were decent too.
The only thing that bothered me was that as we were packing up a ranger approached and was making political remarks to my girlfriend. Just thought it was inappropriate. Im sure everyone who works at this camp also knows the guy is SUPER annoying in general. Sorry if you ever have to meet him.
