Always a great time, we had site #2 this time, great if you want to be out of the wind when it's cold,
Just love this campground!

We love this facility. A GREAT PLACE to just kick back and relax. The sites are well spaced, many on the water.

I’ve enjoyed the park for many years and have good memories myself and family have made. My latest visit was ok but I hate to see the lack of maintenance on the grounds. Several years ago the Corp decided to cut a lot of trees and bamboo forest as my grandkids called it. The idea to open it up and cut down on mosquitoes and such I guess was the reason. Now however just as I suspected the briars and undergrowth are growing out of control because it was not continued to be cut and tended to. They should have just left it alone I guess because it had worked for many many years. Sometimes change is not a good thing. That being said we still love the park. Also the gate attendants are all great folks.
