Everything was great except the dryer was out of order the whole 2 weeks we stayed. this is very inconvenient when camping to have to try and find a laundry mat, of which the closest one was nearly 40 mi away.

Site 24 had a beautiful view of the river and a few steps to a courtesy dock. Definitely recommend. My only wish would be that they would sell firewood. But I will definitely be back!

Not too much in area, boating and fishing mainly. A Ferry can take you across Alabama River.

Great shady site with lots of space between sites. If you have a national park senior pass, be sure and enter that on your reservation request for a 50% discount. Really good deal.
Be ready for the nearby church chimes every hour on the hour during the day. They are really loud.

Beautiful, clean campground with large, level pads. There are pull-through and back-in sites, all pretty easy access. T-Mobile connectivity was poor. Campground host was fantastic, welcomed us and directed us to the campsite, even checked to see if all was okay at the site. Would definitely go back.
