Corinth Recreation Area is a well-maintained and beautiful campground, offering large, private sites in a serene setting. Beautiful place. I wish they would clear the undergrowth to make the lake more visible from the campsites. Great place to ride bikes. Nice level lots with most modern sewer hookup I have ever used.

Enjoyed the quiet place. It rained mostly but we made it work. Saw several beautiful deer.

We stayed on #16 which I booked by mistake meant to get #15 but we enjoyed it none the less. Big yardage just for the 2 of us & our dogs. It was next to the path that will lead you down to the lake with a bench there. We did leave the night before we were to be out, by choice. The rainstorm hit that next morning. Staff are nice & bathhouse is cleaned daily. Loved meeting a new friend "Army" the armadillo & family. Can't wait for our next reservation

Always a peaceful quiet campsite to get some rest and relaxation and away from normal work routine. Been going to same area for more than 35 years with our children, then the grands and now the greats! Will continue tradition as long as the good Lord lets us.

We were in Firefly loop. Well maintained and campsites are spaces a good distance apart.

Nice level site with plenty of room and good amount of shade. Underbrush blocks most of the view of the water. Very well maintained park. Nice clean camp areas. Close proximity to many trails in Bankhead. Will definitely make this trip again.

This is a beautiful campground. We stayed in the "Yellowhammer" loop because the sites were larger and farther apart...offering a bit more privacy. Each site has full hook-ups which worked perfectly. Nestled among the forest trees, most sites had adequate shade. This is mostly an "R&R" type campground to visit, as there is not a lot of things to do nearby. But there's nothing wrong with that. Kick back and relax. The only suggestion I would offer would be to be sure and carry plenty of insect repellent and use it liberally. The chiggers, ticks, and (possibly no-see-ums) were out in force. Good hiking trails. Great place to visit and l will definitely return here when the weather starts getting a little cooler.

This place nickel and dimes you. You get only 50% off camping fee with an America the Beautiful pass, which is normal but this place has an electricity and sewer fee (the only place we've seen this in the 6 years of staying at COE campgrounds). Plus there is a $8.00 reservation fee (this is bull, since you do it yourself at recreation.org). The campground is pretty nice, but the fees make this a racket.
