Love's RV Hookup-Eutaw AL 773

This Love's RV Hookup had a decent set up. Good place if you are in a pinch for a place to stay. Reserving and hooking up was easy. The water pressure and the noise level were the downside. The water pressure was so low that our tankless water heater couldn't properly heat the water to the RV. The manager was nice and gave us a free shower for the night. This Love's is on the busier side so the noise woke me up a few times during the night.

Pros: Extremely, extremely nice staff from the pumps to each of the restaurants to any staff in the store. Some of the best to be honest. RV Site 2 worked as it should, power and water only, didn't need the WiFi or dump

Cons: The RV Site area is nothing short of gross. People that are pumping gas just walk their dogs between the rigs and let their dogs poop within 1 or 2 feet of the hookups and absolutely do not clean up. Actually had a few words while there. No one was using the dog park which was nasty too. As mentioned in a review a month ago, there was a dead owl laying out behind the RVs. We stayed on a Friday night. Holy cow, there must not be anything for the kids to do but play music and rev engines as loud as possible. The RV sites are extremely close to the pumps and it is an absolute circus until midnight or so. Freaking light show too. The Love's RV sites at Lake, MS or even better in Winona, TX make this site look like a dump. Please Love's, clean up the place. I acknowledge the patrons are rude by not cleaning up after their own pets, but maybe fence off the RV area or something.

Nice stopping point while traveling from NM to Tn. Easy in and out. We stayed in site #1 with our 40 ft fifth wheel. Water pressure was good. Site was level. Check in was very easily done online.

We reserved this spot on our way to Texas and again for the return trip to Maryland, the first night things went well, the dog yard is completely covered in dog poop, and the grassy area outside of the dog yard is also covered in poop. There was a dead owl right beside lot 1 where we were parked and then again a week later on the return trip. The return trip we had to be refunded because lot 4 did not have power, we called the number provided they called the store and we spoke to Aaron, he sent out his maintenance man who checked the breakers and called Aaron to say they are on, nothing is tripped, Aaron responded that he did something from inside the building also, and that we probably have a short... I politely said I was connected this morning and that everything worked fine. I had the surge protector plugged in only nothing, then connected the power cord only, nothing, hooked up to the 50 amp, again nothing. So the maintenance man just walks back into the store to talk to someone I assume. I follow up and walk in to understand what is happening and Aaron, was extremely rude, and said that he has done all he can and that we can get a refund. At this point I am getting frustrated, I have been driving for 12 hours and we are all exhausted, I said this also, and he said he cant help me that it must be something wrong with my stuff. Needless to say we left, and we will NEVER return to this location. Found a great little place down the road and its amazing, quiet and the POWER WORKS. Save your money go to Jennings Ferry park campground it was amazing.

Pros: easy on and off highway; site long enough to stay hooked up; there was a moving truck in our site - the manager made an announcement and the person moved right away; easy check in via an email to turn on utilities
Cons: adjacent to truck parking entrance which made it super loud; lots of in and out traffic mid afternoon which made it difficult to back in - sites are right across from the pumps; in the middle of the night either the water handle turned itself off or someone did so intentionally!
Would not stay there again and probably not at another Love's. The cost per night is comparable to a campground ($50+)
