Great Escapes RV Resort Chesnut Bay

We stayed in our rv. The spots were great. It was a little overwhelming at first with how big and busy it was but we had a blast. The staff was great and very helpful. We had fun doing lots of activities that were hosted and then the Waterpark another day. We will definitely be back to stay again.

We had an amazing weekend at Great Escapes at Chesnut Bay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The campground was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, and the facilities were in excellent condition. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure our stay was enjoyable from start to finish.

It was the perfect place to relax, spend quality time with family, and make unforgettable memories. We truly appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the attention to detail throughout the property.

We highly recommend Great Escapes at Chesnut Bay to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

We had the best time staying here with our grandsons! The campground was clean, welcoming, and perfect for making family memories. The pools were a huge hit, and we especially loved the shaded campsites—they made relaxing outside so much more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back for another adventure!

We had a wonderful experience staying in our RV. The views were beautiful. We appreciated the cleanliness of the bathhouses and RV park as a whole. Bagged trash was picked up daily from our lot. Our lot also had a fire ring and picnic table with full hookups for our RV. In addition, we rented a golf cart (just for fun) but definitely not necessary. Quiet time begins at 11pm which made the experience very peaceful.

We meeting room was wonderful for our family reunion. A few days prior to our trip our uncle passed away and last minute decided to do a celebration of life service. They made the meeting room available to us for two days to accommodate that. It was so special to us. There were so many amenities to accommodate our big group of all ages. The loft room is not for adults we found that out the hard way, but if that is the only bad thing than we will rent one of the houses next time to avoid that. Yes we will be back and have decided we want this to be our new semi annual spot for our huge family. Thank you for the kindness and great customer service. Rob you are doing a great job!!
