Staff were informative, friendly, and helpful. Sites are spacious, and it was easy to level up our 25’ RV. We stayed the end of March and needed no reservations, with many campsites to choose from. The campground and restroom/bathhouses, while a bit outdated, are kept up and clean.
And with the National Park Senior Pass, our 2 night FHU site was $16, a night, and the 5 night water and electric site was $13 a night. Maybe the only downside (or upside, depending on your point of view), the AC campgrounds are usually not near any large cities for groceries, etc. So come prepared. Up to 14 consecutive night stays.
We’ve come to very much appreciate AC Campgrounds! Highly recommend!

This is our most favorite COE campground. Almost every site is waterfront and shady. Staff is responsive and keeps an eye on everything.
