Quiet sites, but bathrooms/showers are showing their age.

Had a great trip! Campsite was nice and neighbors were friendly. I have camped at Prairie Creek many times before and have always had an enjoyable experience.

It has been years since I last stayed here. We arrived late on a Thursday for a four-day hunt. Raining hard and someone was in our reserved spot. We went and knocked on one of the campers where the folks live that work there. Long st0ry short, they were great. We were understanding and we worked it all out. I understand things happen and they worked hard to make all involved happy. Very nice people. My biggest suggestion is they need to close the middle restrooms all together. It is horrible. The newer bathrooms are great.
We plan to come back just to fish next time. Highly recommend staying here if you are an outdoor enthusiast!

The bathrooms need some serious updating, the control the temperature is either cold or scalding hot, it’s never clean, in the showerheads are falling apart. Last two trips there was not hot water at all in men’s showers. Also the shower curtains need replacing and not with the dg plastic. The rest of the park is pretty well kept up and the park workers are nice.
