Great until last day. Water was cut off and we were not given enough notice to be able to flush out tanks before we checked out.

Gunter Hill Campground is praised for its beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained sites that offer privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Many visitors appreciate the helpful staff and convenient amenities, making it a favored stop during travels. In our travels from north to south or south to north we always stop at Gunter Hill national Park campground. It’s a great campground to stay in. It has beautiful, big lots. All the roads and lots are paved.

Very convenient to Birmingham. Campsites were very nice. Mine was level concrete and plenty long for my motorhome and towed vehicle.

We do a lot of overnight stops on our trips north and south. The campground is always well maintained, clean and pleasant. The hosts do a great job getting us in and out. Need to plan a couple weeks later this year.
