My only complaint was tv reception. Unable to get reception even local channels. Sorry, one more mesquitos were horrible. Needs to be sprayed for these pests.

Gunter Hill Campground is praised for its beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained sites that offer privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Many visitors appreciate the helpful staff and convenient amenities, making it a favored stop during travels. While some noted minor issues with customer service and bathroom conditions, the overall experience is highly positive, with a strong likelihood of return visits.

This is a very nice park and we enjoyed our stay every time. It is nice to have full hook ups and campsites with lots of trees around.

New waterlines installed but water with filter was like apple cider color. Bring the bug spray. Bathrooms new and in good working order. Small ants did infest my travel trailer, I was there two nights without knowing until unhooking and soo many little ants everywhere. My fault for not having ant spray, but a quick stop, unit sprayed and fewer ants each day.
I spent time learning about slavery at the Legacy Museum, Peace and Justice Monument and sculpture garden.

Site 083 was awful. They had construction the week before and no one checked the electrical boxes. Ours did not work and the water line was not functioning properly.
The sites were a muddy mess due to construction vehicles.
Site was not level, Verizon reception was poor. The new bathrooms were nice.
