Gunter Hill Campground is praised for its beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained sites that offer privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Many visitors appreciate the helpful staff and convenient amenities, making it a favored stop during travels. While some noted minor issues with customer service and bathroom conditions, the overall experience is highly positive, with a strong likelihood of return visits.

Gunter Hill is a very special, and a wonderful park which I
like very much. I look forward to returning when we can. I was disappointed that we had to leave early because of a power outage in the park that was no one’s fault.

This is a beautiful campground. We stayed in the Catoma loop. Sites are paved, well maintained and nicely spaced. There are some walking trails and it’s a great place for riding a bike. Nice restrooms, showers and laundry. Only about 15-20 min to Montgomery or Prattville

This is by far one of the best campgrounds I’ve ever been to. Absolutely beautiful and very friendly host. Definitely on my bucket list to go back to.
