Nice large campsites with hookups. The boat launch area gets quite loud on weekends. Great spot to stop.

Gunter Hill Campground is praised for its beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained sites that offer privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Many visitors appreciate the helpful staff and convenient amenities, making it a favored stop during travels. While some noted minor issues with customer service and bathroom conditions, the overall experience is highly positive, with a strong likelihood of return visits.

We have camped there about 5 times over the years. Nothing to dislike about this campground. The only complaint I had last stay was that the fire pit was not clean.

The sites were very nice, and the concrete pads were huge! Didn't use the showers due to having full hookup, but the restrooms were very clean. We'll definitely visit again in the future.

The washer and dryer were out of order and appeared to be that way for some time. The fire ring at my site was full of cigarette butts and unusable. I never saw the host cleaning out a fire ring the 8 days I was there.
