Gunter Hill Campground is praised for its beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained sites that offer privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Many visitors appreciate the helpful staff and convenient amenities, making it a favored stop during travels. While some noted minor issues with customer service and bathroom conditions, the overall experience is highly positive, with a strong likelihood of return visits.

Lots are very level and spaced out so as your new neighbors are not right under your slides and awning has full hook ups and paved pads

We always enjoy our visits to Gunter Hill campground. We have stayed in various sites at different times and haven’t found a bad site yet. There is plenty of room between sites and the place is clean and nice. It is a nice place to bring your bike to ride around or walk with your dog.

Gunter Hill Campground is one of our favorite stopover en route south for the winter and again north retourning home for the summer. However, the campground seems to be getting run down with recent lack of maintenance. Power towers falling apart, fire pits full with ashes, absolutly no cleanup of sites, etc.
