Gunter Hill Campground is praised for its beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained sites that offer privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Many visitors appreciate the helpful staff and convenient amenities, making it a favored stop during travels. While some noted minor issues with customer service and bathroom conditions, the overall experience is highly positive, with a strong likelihood of return visits.

This is a very good campground. I like the spread out sites and the trees and being able to walk around without getting too far from my camper. Quiet, and no one bothered us. I also like the proximity to good restaurants.

Great campground, level paved sites, really good camp hosts, roomy sites with lots of wooded area, full hookup at a COE park, great.
in addition, the park is close to Montgomery. there is even a dollar general store close by.
looking forward to our next visit to Gunter Hill.

Our first visit here, won’t be our last!
Great park that offers large and level sites that give you plenty of space and the park is well maintained and clean. Easy access and wonderful hosts. Love the Spanish moss hanging from the trees that reminds me of Savannah, GA.
Highly recommend and definitely will be coming back!
