Gunter Hill is such a nice campground. We camp there at least twice a year and I recommend it to anyone, especially people that are new to camping.

We love this campground! Lots are large, private and one side of park is full hookups which is a big plus! The woods separates a lot of the lots and if you’re lucky enough to get a water lot, those are nice! Book them early! Also as a Golden Age pass user the fee is half price, another plus. Great for people that have boats!

The bath house was very nice, clean, and close to my site. The whole place seemed quiet and clean. The bugs are bad there though. Please note, site 80 and 81 are buddy sites. They share a common area, 2 tables, but only one firepit.

Let's start with the road to the Park. Absolutely horrible. The last 1.5 miles was very low hanging trees. We had to drive on the other side to avoid getting roof damage.
The park itself wasn't bad. Very secluded. Some sites looked like it would be tricky to get level. Site 27 is good for starlink and was level. Close to Graceland and Beale St.
I don't enjoy giving bad reviews however, the road situation needs to be addressed. We will look elsewhere if we ever visit Memphis in the future.
