Birmingham South RV Park

We stayed here for 2 nights while passing through to visit family and it was a fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth and very clear (a staff member went ahead in a golf cart and guided us to our space). We had a budget spot (#27) which was an amazing deal at ~$40/night for such a well-cared for park and it was level and perfectly functional for our needs. For being more of a city park, they do a great job of creating a little RV oasis in a quiet city location, perfectly positioned across the street from a Home Depot. The office staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. They also provide free coffee from 8am until 11am every day. We were grateful for our stay and will definitely be back when we’re in town to visit family again!

This place is awesome!! When I called to enquirer about a campsite I was greeted by a very nice lady that was so helpful and when we arrived we got an escort to the campsite. Everyone was so friendly. We had a tire that was low and Bob came right over and took care of us. Camp ground was very clean and had nice restrooms, showers and laundry.
I definitely recommend this place.

The park is in great location. I feel it’s seen better days. Greeted by staff who were nice and polite. Grounds are in need of lots of work, roads are rough shape with cracking and pot holes, grass has thorns through out so can’t walk barefoot or with your dog. We pulled thorns out daily from our 2 pups. The other dog owners left poop all around the park. The small dog park was gross and poop everywhere. If it didn’t rain as much as it did the poop would be way worse. No bags provided may contribute but shame on the pet parents who don’t clean up after their own animals. Pool area well maintained. Have propane on site.

We had the pleasure of staying for a week at Birmingham South RV Park. The grounds are well kept and facilities were spot on! Perfect for us with our 2 Cavoodles (Crumpet and Benji). Our space had plenty of room and a picnic table as well as the staff being super friendly. Thank you for a great experience 😊

Great little Park. Easy off the interstate clean tidy. Pull through great utilities. No complaints. Bathrooms very clean. We did use them free coffee in the office which was great because our coffee pot broke. Cute little gift shop friendly staff. We'd stop again. Actually, we are considering extending a stay next time to see the caves.
