What Guests Are Saying
Bluff Creek campground offers a serene and beautiful environment, ideal for those who enjoy wildlife and river fishing, with friendly and helpful staff contributing to a positive experience. Visitors appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities and the presence of deer, though some have noted a few issues, such as unkempt sites and noise from a nearby paper mill. The closed boat ramp and limited amenities for boating enthusiasts were common concerns, but many expressed a desire to return for the peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty.

Campsite 33 was clean and quiet. It is waterfront, but the water was murky, there was a slight slope, and it's more suitable for fishing than for swimming or even kayak. Campsite 35 was very close to 33 so there is little privacy. The fire ring, picnic table and grill are ~15 yrds from the water which is a bummer because what's better than sitting by the water with a bonfire. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restrooms with a shower were a short drive away and they were clean and maintained as were the dumpsters (which were hidden from view).

Nice, quiet clean campground close to home for a quick get away. Liked it so much we are going back this weekend.

Absolutely NO Issues. Spot was great. Staff was great. Bath House was great. Quiet, clean, 100% will go back if I am going to be in the area.

Our Mission group had an event at Bluff Creek and it was wonderful. We were able to camp near to each other and use to pavilion to host a hotdog supper for the campground.

Lovely campground. Shady site but surprisingly no mosquitos. Deer grazing nearby. Gate attendant was helpful. Site almost level, no puddles after a bit of rain. Gravel site. Some train/mill noise but not too bad.

As always we appreciate staying at COE campgrounds across the country. Everything worked well here and we had a very nice stay. Our only comment was that we wish that we had cell phone coverage during the stay which, of course, has nothing to do with the COE. We would return in the future and recommend it to others.
