We stayed at Campsite 10 which had an excellent view of the river. It was a pull-through and very level. Restroom were clean and grounds were well maintained. Found the camp hosts to be pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed riding our bikes around the campground and down to the boat ramp area where there are benches if you would like to sit and watch the tugs coming around a curve in the river. Really enjoyed watching the tugs and cabin cruisers come by in front of our campsite (especially seeing the tugs at night, too). We highly recommend this small park. The closest store is a Dollar General which has a food market area inside (around 4 miles or so). We drove over to Laurel, MS one day and spent some time in their downtown area. Happy Camping! 🏕

We were told this place was nice, but that is an understatement. It was well above our expectations. So tranquil you forget where you are. Can’t wait to go back in in April.
