Sand flees and bees everywhere. 10 yr old son got stung. Benches removed in showers. Power tripped 4 to 5 times a day. Bathrooms wiped over but, not clean. Left three day’s early due to family death. Only refunded 1 day

This was a first time visit at Service Park. We came for a relaxing weekend stay and was not disappointed. We live about 30 miles away so this is a quick getaway. We have already booked another stay and recommend it to family members who have also booked a stay here. I think this is about as quiet and peaceful place as you can find. Looking forward to our next visit.

My wife and I are retired and traveling around the United States. We have stayed at many campgrounds both military and civilian, I have to say service park is one of my top 5! It is easy in and out. Right on the river with great views of the river and surrounding area! Very very nice!!!

Large spacious sites, very clean and friendly host.

I loved this park! The campsites were large with beautiful views of the river. My kids loved watching the boats go by and I was happy to find that there was a fence so that they knew not to get to close to the river's drop off. I enjoyed one of the hiking trails, but it was obvious they are rarely used so be mindful of where you step. It's hard to find trails with any elevation in southern Alabama so it was nice getting the exercise.

Everything was good staff was real friendly but we had to take a weed eater and cut the grass on our site and a couple of more sites other than that it was a great place we have been going there since 1993

Very well maintained park. Great Camp host (Paul)! The tent sites are really neat. The view of the lake/river is great. The mosquitoes were a bother but what you would expect in such a remote location. There can be large timber rattlesnakes in the area.

Stayed 4 nights. Very clean. Nice attendants. Both Verizon and AT&T worked well. We will return.
