We enjoyed our visit at Service Park, especially getting to see the tug boats pushing the barges down the Tombigbee!

I stayed in site #1 and couldn’t be happier. There was a private area next to the river that I used for prayer time but could be used for fishing. The whole area was clean and well maintained. All of the host were friendly and helpful. For some unknown reason the over the air tv stations are not broadcasting during the day. Around 7 or 8 pm the same 8 channels come back on. The AT&T service was almost non existent. One bar sometimes.

Service was an excellent campground from the hostesses (Reba), to the views, to the cleanliness of the campground and facilities! This will definitely stay as one of our favorites ‼️

This was our very first time taking our motorhome out on a trip and our first trip camping in over 30 years. We absolutely loved the park! It has very nice sites…roomy, easy to maneuver and easy to hookup to. Wish there were sewage hookups but that didn’t take away from the park nor our enjoyment. The grounds were well kept and pretty. Enjoyed watching boats, yachts and barges. Our sleep wasn’t disturbed from them at night. The park hosts were so very friendly and helpful. We were ready to go back as soon as we got back home! Looking forward to camping there again!
