This is a great campground for our family. We enjoy the trails and being able to kayak in the lake. The staff and volunteers do a great job keeping the grounds in great shape. 👍

We love Deerlick. Peaceful and woodsy. The bathhouse water pressure was adequate, clean and well lit. Large spacious gathering for cooking and campfire gathering. Hook up was smooth and only one side had to be leveled. Love the turn around loop at the end. I wanted to take my dog down the trails but huge trees were blocking those. Our youngest is a UA junior so we stayed for weekend activities and the game. It is worth the 30 minute drive for the scenery. Most campgrounds in AL have deer and this one was full of wildlife, also. How have I lived this close all my life and not known about this gem?! We would like to come back when we have more time! Roll Tide!
