The campsites are nice and distributed with easy access to the Blue Ice Trail. Byron Glacier is an easy must do trail.

Beautiful campground. Nice big sites, clean bathrooms (only pit but still clean), and lots of distance between campsites. We did not have any cell service in the campground but that wasn't an issue for us. No salmon at the time we were there but the salmon viewing area was just a short distance from our camp site.

What a beautiful campground! The mountains, glaciers, and woods surrounding the campsite are stunning. Each campsite is far enough from others and isolated by trees to be quiet. There are bathrooms scattered around the campgrounds so that you're never too far away from one. In the right season, you can also watch the salmon run here (we were a bit early in mid-July). We loved our stay!
