What Guests Are Saying

The Sweet Water Lake Cabin offers a unique experience, but guests should be aware of some logistical challenges. The boat access requires rowing about half a mile, and there are issues with missing oars and the condition of the boats. However, the cabin is well-stocked with firewood, and the overall experience is considered worth the money despite the drawbacks.

Beautiful location, well maintained, never disappoints. Local wildlife on the beach, fish jumping, loons calling, and plenty of firewood left for guests. Easily my favorite site, and thankyou to all the guests that help keeping it clean as well as the forest service crew that maintains it.

I love this spot. The cabin isn't the greatest, and it could use some maintenance and cleaning, it has had a rough life. By far my favorite spot, love camping here, I come back every summer and am never disappointed.

Single room, two bunks each with full size bottom single on top. Bring some firewood/Viking logs for wood stove. A small outboard was handy to tour the lake.
