  • Speed limit is 5 MPH in the campground.
  • Cutting or damaging trees and vegetation is prohibited.
  • Parents must supervise their children at all times.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Excessive noise that disturbs others is not allowed.
  • Dispose of all garbage properly; littering is prohibited.
  • Illegal drugs are banned; alcohol is allowed in campsites only for adults.
  • Firearms are allowed if stored properly; no explosives or discharge is permitted.
  • Fireworks and hazardous materials are not allowed.
  • Harassment or offensive behavior will lead to eviction without refund.
  • Guests are liable for damages; negligence incurs a $200 charge.
  • Guests assume all camping risks and indemnify the property against claims.
  • The property is not liable for lost or stolen items or personal injuries.
  • Guests must secure their belongings; the park is not liable for theft.
  • Follow posted instructions during an emergency.
  • Service can be refused for rule violations or unacceptable behavior.
  • Noncompliance with rules may result in eviction.
  • Guests indemnify the park against any claims arising from their use.
  • Management can modify or add rules at any time.
