Porcupine Campground is praised for its beautiful, clean, and well-maintained sites, offering great privacy and stunning views of Turnagain Arm. Many visitors enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, scenic drives, and access to nearby hiking trails. Some drawbacks include limited facilities like laundry and showers, as well as overgrown sites affecting views, but overall, the campground is highly recommended for a quiet getaway in nature.

Great campground - beautiful, clean and well-maintained. Take the hike to Gull Rock and climb down the rope to the beach to explore.

This is one of the finest camping grounds in Alaska. The campsites are very spacious and the bathrooms were always clean and stocked with toilet paper. It is in a sweet spot, right next to the lovely townsite of Hope and some great hiking trails.
