What Guests Are Saying
Porcupine Campground is praised for its beautiful, clean, and well-maintained sites, offering great privacy and stunning views of Turnagain Arm. Many visitors enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, scenic drives, and access to nearby hiking trails. Some drawbacks include limited facilities like laundry and showers, as well as overgrown sites affecting views, but overall, the campground is highly recommended for a quiet getaway in nature.

The spots are very small and the speed limit is 10 miles an hour, unfortunately no one follows that limit. The campground needs more speed bumps to ensure safety.

Very nice quiet campground. We were just here for an overnight. We parked the camper then drove an hour to Whittier for the day. No laundry or shower here. Pit toilets were not too bad. We had breakfast at the local restaurant before leaving. Husband had biscuits and gravy. Said they were the best he had ever had. I would recommend this for an RV stay over.

I always enjoy staying at this campground. The drive to Hope is a scenic adventure and the views from this campground are amazing. I'd recommend bringing a roll of toilet paper (our outhouse was out) and a screened tent for hanging out in (the biting flies can be a nuisance).

Site was clean and we'll maintained. Plenty of privacy between sites. Fire pit had a grill for cooking steaks! Beautiful!

Peaceful location with nice sized sites. Highly recommend the local coffee shop. Worth the 1 mile walk or bike ride. Vault toilets were clean. One water pump not working. Site was fairly level. In late July, view from upper site was blocked by lush vegetation, which also meant thick bugs.

We had a great stay here! Our campsite was super clean when we arrived, and the bathrooms were easily accessible from our loop, which made things so much easier. Definitely planning to come back.
