It was really nicely set up. All the sites look like they are in wooded areas. No unshaded and nasty sites. They all had a bench and fire pit as well.
For the cost we got full service and the bathrooms were brilliant! One of the best showers ( clean, awesome pressure and hot) in the whole trip and the cost was inclusive. No stupid coin operate showers. Definitely recommend!

We stayed in Site #31 in late June 2021. This is a full hookup pull through site. Our 30' TT and truck fit comfortably in the site. We pulled in and were perfectly level. All site services worked correctly. The campground is lush with trees, wildflowers, and mosses. Our site and the driveways were compacted gravel. Despite a day or more of steady rain, the drainage was quite good and there were minimal puddles. The front desk staff were great to us, even granting us room to do a 45 minute routine maintenance job on our truck. The laundry room was clean, and everything seemed to be in working order. We plan to stay here again when our travels take us to the area.

This campground has lovely campsites and the feel is more like a state park than a typical RV park in Alaska. Fabulous staff, very helpful. Laundromat facilities are affordable and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Not only is this an outstanding RV campground, the campground bar is not to be missed if you enjoy local folks and their stories about the area. We met both locals and fellow travelers at the bar over 2 nights during our 3 night stay at the campground. Even if you do not typically drink or spend time in bars, this is one place you will not regret dropping in.
If you are new to Alaska or "in a hurry to experience Alaska", Tok is the place to spend a few days. Tok IS Alaska, Tok is the quintessential Alaskan town! Rushing through this town will diminish your Alaskan experience and you won't even know it. Our Alaska experience has been greatly enriched by the recommendations and advice we received while slowing down and spending a few day here - much of that enrichment happened at the Tundra Bar. Even if you do not choose the Tundra RV Park for your stay, you are still welcome at the Tundra Bar!
We were so impressed with our campground experience, the Tundra staff and the big rig friendly camp sites that we have decided to amend our 'Alaskan Experience' and spend a few more days in Tok on our return (after time in Valdez, Seward, Homer, Whittier, Denali and Fairbanks - to list just a few) before heading north to Chicken and Dawson City. The Tundra RV park will also receive and hold mail and packages (including Amazon) for you - please be aware that delivery times in Alaska take longer that the lower 48 (next day may mean 5+ days or a month). Contact the Tundra RV Park before having packages delivered.

We stayed here when we came to Alaska and again on the return trip. Great owners/staff. Very accommodating. Our campsite, #20, was easy to get into and easy to get level. Laundry machines worked great. Three Bears Market is a couple minutes away fun little bar attached to the office. We left our coach overnight and drove the tow car to Eagle and stayed at the B&B. Wonderful experience if you love history and want to know how these small Alaskan villages survive. Alatay two night if you can and watch the Yukon float by. Bring wine the town is dry.
