Superstition Shadows (Age Restricted 55+)

Cobblestone is the Management Company and they are terrible. All they do is tell you what you want to hear and don’t fix the issues! We have NO maintenance person & have been without for quite some time!
The pools heater keeps going out and no one to address or fixes the problem! A BRAND NEW HOT TUB was installed & from day one there is only one jet with any power working. Told Management from the first day it opened & after questioning him on several occasions about it he outright lie and told me he didn't know anything about it. Been open 6 months & it still isn’t working properly. Can’t get out monthly bill on time & when we do it’s always wrong. They keep changing office personnel and no one knows anything. Communication from COBBLESTONE MANAGEMENT TERRIBLE!!!
