Quail Run RV Resort (Age Restricted 55+)

We chose this park bc it is the most reasonably priced park w the most amenities in the Mesa area! Friendly staff & residents! Lots of fun events & classes! We love the pool, the hot tub, the mini golf course & the exercise facility! Manager even stood up for me during an incident. However, our site was not reserved, even after making a deposit. Should probably confirm close to arriving!

Quail Run is absolutely perfect! We had such a good time in the pool and hot tub, playing pool, putt putt golf and horse shoes. There was much more to do there. The park is very clean and very well maintained. The tenants were polite and respectable the office staff ladies were very helpful and friendly. We absolutely love this gem in the desert!! We definatly would recommend it and we will be back!!

Found Quail Valley on the internet and thought the deal was too good to be true. When we arrived we found everything as promised! Staff and neighbors have been very welcoming! We will be back next year!

We spent February 2026 there in our motorhome and loved it so much we're buying a park model. It' centrally located with so much to see in a days drive. Close to 2 major interstates but far enough out with less traffic and no noise.
The winter weather is fantastic, the people are so friendly, the amenities and activities are fun & plentiful and there is so much to see and do in Arizona. We spent many days exploring and still have a lot more we want to see and do. Can't wait to gi back!!

I was there for 8 months last season and the staff was exceptional to me. I have been a snowbird for 16 years and quail run is , by far, the post comfortable and problem free resort I have ever stayed at. Already booked for the 26-27 season
