Policies & Rules
Arrival & departure
- Check-in is from 12pm to 6pm; check-out is by 11am. Late check-in or check-out is allowed if available, please call ahead.
- Notify a park associate the day before your planned departure unless you are an overnight rental.
- UPS and FedEx packages are delivered to 44255 Winters Street, Bouse AZ 85325.
Amenities
- Ice costs $3 for a 10lb bag and can be delivered to your site. Drinking water is available at the Blue Hut for 20 cents per gallon and can fill your RV.
- WiFi password is 18Popcorn; streaming is not allowed as it will limit access.
- Showers are available at the North end of the park; the door code is 2526.

Safety & rules
- Quiet time is observed from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
- Utility and fire lanes must remain unobstructed.
- Only household trash can be disposed of in dumpsters; no cardboard allowed.
- Dispose of RV parts and large trash at the dump located 1 mile up Plamosa Road; it is free.
- If a dumpster is full, do not add more trash to it due to ongoing pickup issues.
- Use the recycling trailer for glass, plastic, tin, and crushed aluminum; flatten cardboard and place against the East Wall.
- Firearms and fireworks are not allowed in the park.
- Do not walk between or behind RV spaces without the occupant's permission as it is private space.
- Smoking is prohibited within 20 feet of events and building entrances or windows.
- Dispose of cigarette butts properly; do not litter.
- Do not drive stakes into the ground to avoid damaging utility lines.
Vehicles & parking
- The speed limit in the park is 4mph; please drive slowly to minimize dust.
- Vehicles must be parked within your site parameters; overflow parking is available.
- Washing vehicles or RVs at your site is not allowed; a hose is available west of G-Spot.
Utilities
- All sewer lines must be off the ground as per Arizona State Health Codes.
- Do not leave your sewer valve open to prevent sewer clogs.
- When dumping your black tank, follow with a full tank of gray water.
- Drinking water is available at the Blue Hut for 20 cents per gallon and can fill your RV.
Fires & fuel
- Wood fires are not allowed; propane firepits and charcoal grills are permitted.
- You can donate miscellaneous wood pieces for the bonfire by leaving them at the fire pit.
Local regulations
- All vendors must complete a vendor application before working on site.
- Political signs and discussions are not allowed in the park.
Pets
- All pets must be leashed; you are responsible for any harm or damage caused by your pet. Pets are not allowed in park buildings during group meals, and you must control noise from your pets.
- You must control your pets' noise and clean up after them.
Site capacity
- Each site accommodates one residence and up to 2 people; additional guests incur a $4 daily fee.
Cancellation policy
- No refunds are provided for early departures.

- Payments can be made via cash, check, or Zelle.
- A $50 fee is charged for returned checks.
