We have been staying here in a motorhome for the past two winters and will be back again this fall for the winter. Since the new owner purchased this property from Sun Communities, the customer service has drastically improved. Sara, in the office, is always very friendly and helpful. Peter, the owner, is always friendly and willing to listen to any suggestions or ideas you want to discuss with him. The facility itself is very nice with swimming pool and hot tub, pickleball courts, bocce ball, game room, exercise room, sewing room and a large activity room. Lonnie does a great job of maintenance on everything. Great place for spending the winter.

Stayed 2 nights with my RV while passing through. Sara, Elaine & Lonnie very accommodating. If I come back to Casa Grande to stay for the winter this is where I'd like to be. Big lots, great amenities and well kept park.

Can't give zero stars so I'll give it one. My wife and I were supposed to move in here last October. We came over to give the place a look and went to the office. We were going 2 sign up to stay for a year at a really good rate. We asked if ther e would be a background check done on financial and credit history. We were told absolutely not. We put down our deposit and a week later were told oh we'll also have to do a background check on your credit and criminal history. Okay, we have no criminal history so go ahead, but why are wanting to check our credit for something we have to pay for with cash or check? Plus I feel like you lied to us.

Great concept for a park. Did tour the homes and considered buying. Uneasy about owning a home and having to lease the land it’s on. Houses are a bit close but more houses more $$$. Part of the park is being used for RV’s some all year and some snowbirds. Rent is decent plus your electric. Lots are big. Plenty of space. ( keep in mind they eventually want all homes) lots are pretty level with good hookups. They do have mail boxes for snowbirds and delivery from Amazon etc was never an issue. There is a block wall going all around with a key code gate that closes at 7:00 but open otherwise. The main building holds the office, laundry ( didn’t use) a small gym, a game room for card playing, bathrooms, showers, a craft room and a large gathering area. The gathering area is where they hold holiday meals, Friday morning donuts, Wednesday pot luck and other gatherings. Outside is 4 pickleball courts, a 4’ pool with hot tub, Boca ball, a large gazebo, outdoor fireplace and fenced in dog park. They have an activity director Oct-March approximately. Card games, water volleyball, pot lucks, crafts, planned outings, are planned out for the months. There is an outdoor bar about 1/4 mile away you will hear on Friday and Saturday nights. The park has streets going all around the outside wall of the park. Sometimes feels like you are in the middle of the Indy 500 with the loud cars going around. Fireworks are a big thing in the area. Many going off weeks before New Year’s and after. Have to be mindful of awnings being out then. Here’s why we gave 3 stars. Unless you are with the in crowd ( think high school) yes you get invited but out of obligation then ignored. If something is canceled you might not get the “in” email/text saying so. Depending on who you are depends if you have to follow all the rules. Such as rules say you can’t wash your rig. Have to pay a service to come in. Saw 6-8 lots doing it several times. We planned on coming back in the fall anyways and paid the $150 deposit to get the same lot. ( ended up buying at a co-op) Asked if we can get it back and were told it’s non refundable except only for medical reasons. If we bought here would have been out too. Like I said in the beginning… great concept just kinks depending on if your in the in crowd or out.
