Very misleading website. There are no trees and no grass in any site at this location. Trailers are so close together putting a shade out is questionable. No bath or showers.
If you have horses, want to show horses or train horses, smell horses then this place may be for you.
We stayed three night on a two week reservation. Talked to owner who promised a partial refund but never followed through. No use calling as they do not answer and the mailbox has been full for five weeks.

Loved our stay here in our rv! Perfect spot to park for a week or two and get to surround yourself with amazing horses and friendly staff! The prices were fair for full hookup and the grounds were clean and wonderful!
