We really enjoyed this campground. Level, full hook up sites with 30/50 amp. The staff, especially Jessica are so nice and welcoming. We were there during the month of October. She organized a trick or treat for the kids in the campground and neighborhood children then put together a nice gathering afterwards up at the club house. She's a gem. The clubhouse is a nice place to gather with a drink or cup of coffee or tea. The showers and laundry are so clean. The lounge area outside under the pavilion has propane fire pits (they do need upgrading) but that didn't take away from the peacefulness and beauty that surrounds the campground. With Zion, Grand Canyon, North Rim, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and Water Canyon Trail all within a hour drive this campground is the best to go back and relax in peace. Thank you Jessica for a wonderful time.

Wow! What a gem of a place! We camped out for a night and couldn't believe how nice this place was! There is a huge patio with tables and chairs, a common room with a living room and a kitchen that you can use while the office is open, and they truly have the best showers I've ever seen at a campground. The place is immaculate and beautiful. Jasmine, in the office, was so friendly and welcoming too. We felt at home the whole time we were there. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Been traveling the NW all summer, on our way home to Arizona and found this RV Park on Passport America, $17.50 per night, 3 nights max at this rate. This is one of the nicest RV parks we've stayed at, and we've stayed at many over the past 4 months.
Pros:
Large, pull through sites, graveled and clean. The whole facility looks fairly new, spotlessly clean everywhere. Mary, the Hostess was friendly and helpful. The clubhouse is beautiful, there's a kitchen area, TV, bookshelf, free coffee, 4 beautifully tiled, roomy, private shower rooms, separate toilets, laundry room, covered patio with many tables. There's a tribal gym just down the road, free to Park guests. Good WiFi. Awesome scenic area.
Cons: The nearest town for groceries, restaurants is Fredonia, AZ, which is about 13 miles. Kanab, Utah is a few miles further. There's a well stocked convenience store/gas station 1/4 mile away, but no produce. There's also no cell service at the gas station, although it came in fine everywhere nearby and the park WiFi is good.
It's got few trees, pretty small, so no shaded spots, I imagine it's hot here in the summer.
There's a grassy tent area.

Great place to stay, pretty quiet during my stay as it's fairly far from the noisy traffic. Showers are really nice and private. It also has a nice trail alongside the park to walk on, best of all the rates are great!

We love the peace & quiet experienced at this campground, and the 360 degrees of incredible views. And the dark night sky is astounding! The staff is helpful and friendly. The facilites are clean and well kept. This trip was only going to be a one night stop over, but we decided to take an extra day to enjoy, relax and just watch the clouds drift by. During our stay we visited the Pipe Springs monument down the road, and fueled up at the gas station/mini mart at the highway. We also drove to the end of the road to the quaint community of Moccasin. We highly recommend this beautiful campground, and are looking forward to our next visit!
