After New office management came through I would give this zero stars. Thinks a yellow hot tub is ok… and if I don’t feel safe not to use it? Zero customer service. Will not be returning next year if high horse Samantha is still here.

****Home away from home! Ladies in the office always help if the hot tub goes down 😂 always easy to talk too! Love wintering here

Amazing pool and hot tub. The people were nice and we talked to some nice people staying there. Many great views and places to travel to in driving or walking distance. A grocery store is just across the road, we walked there many times. Have fun

Do not book here. For those of you that rely on google reviews for a nice place to stay like I normally do since I usually book from miles away seeing as I’m constantly traveling for 8 years in my rv. This is not a safe area to stay! So I was in a bind and I ignored the reviews and booked here anyways. I needed to move to Mesa for a new job. I only live an hour away and I decided to drive there to check the place out. The surrounding mobile homes( not that I have a problem with mobile homes. I live in a rv) were run down dumps, and by dumps I mean it looks like the trash of the city is dumped in the yards of these homes. The grocery store across the street had homeless that aggressively stared me down. I drove in the bowling alley behind the park and I can see clear as day anyone can walk in to the rv park through this flood channel almost a walking path of come on in. The neighborhoods have cinder block walls surrounding their properties with razor wire on top. The kind you see for prisons. Then I drove through the park itself. If there are rules and regulations. None of them are enforced. What a dump! I’m thinking ya I’m getting cockroaches here for sure. I canceled my reservation. 250$ no refund deposit. I can see why they make it non refundable because anyone showing up would want to cancel immediately and leave. Do not book here!

Love the amenities- the heated pool, hot tub, clubhouse, workout room, laundry room, grills, paved roads, misting controls for when it’s hot.. Love how kid-friendly it is and love the events! My kids have made many friends here and we have felt safe and welcome.

I waited to write my review as I wanted to make sure it was filled with details and wasn’t flagged as a “fake review”.
My stay was from September 2024 - April 2025 in spot 94.
All of my issues are for when new management started.
Michelle is a joke of a so called manager.
She is rude, arrogant.
My daughter 9yr old was accused of breaking the maintenance shed lock with no proof besides another kids word that was also supposedly involved because they were “in the area” and “it worked before and now it doesn’t”.
Forced to pay a ridiculous amount ($352) since she used her friend (not a reputable company) to clean a $30 lock that could’ve been replaced at Home Depot.
She talked to my 15yr old daughter before coming to me, telling her she will evict us if she doesn’t pay. Shes always vaping or smoking around the park and in the office.
She thinks she’s untouchable because she feels like she has a little bit of power.
When I asked her to give me the higher ups info to complain she giggled and refused and said she can’t give out personal information.
Leaves the office early so if you have an issue good luck after 4:15-4:30.

The park itself.
Ran down!
Weeds throughout the park, dog run at rear defiantly stinks like urine and feces. (94 backed up to it)
Their 10 year old policy is comical.
Tons of long term residents in here with late 90s rvs or model homes. More of a trailer park than a resort. There is VACANT mobile home in the park which I’ve personally seen people going in and out late at night that management isn’t addressing.
Park is surrounded by the worst neighborhood. Gates/walls are constantly being hopped at rear and by bowling alley.
Bathrooms are disgusting. Hair, urine on the floors and toilets.
Rent is absurd for what you get.
Tiny lots, old pads, electric and water constantly gets turned off and on due to maintenance.

I would never recommend this place to anyone in my life.
