The cabin was clean and very comfortable. It is very primitive, the property is beautiful. The nearby outhouse was immaculate and not unpleasant to use. We brought all of our anticipate cleaning supplies and were pleasantly surprised there was a bunch of left behind cleaning supplies in the cabin.

The cabin was larger than I expected. The immediate grounds were spacious and very well maintained.

The cabin was in excellent condition. The land around the cabin was very clean and spacious.
The BIG problem was the people constantly (and I do mean constantly) riding their ATVs. The noise, the dust, and the inability to enjoy the forest was a BIG bummer. We found it hard to go for walks beyond the gate. The scenery was beautiful, but difficult to take in with the traffic. We understand the desire for such an activity, but it was not regulated. There was noise and traffic all night long.
