Tons of amenities. We used the tent camp sites and they were great. Had a patio, sink and electricity. Also very close to the heated pool and spa. Pancake breakfast Sunday was a great deal too. We'll be back to try out the rental bicycles. They have a restaurant/bar and another pool/spa at the entrance to the park as well. Great place!

We stayed 4 nights as we were in town to see the rodeo. We have a 35 ft Super C towing. Our site was a pull through. Check in was very pleasant and Sue(?) was both helpful and funny! One perk was the ability to pick any citrus from the trees you can reach. And if you can't reach, they lend a pole! And if you don't want to do either of those, but still want the fruit, there's a shelf that holds the extras. We had a super sweet grapefruit and a not quite ripe orange. It is a large, very clean and well maintained resort. We took advantage of the hot tub and warm swimming pool, the laundry, and the best gym we've seen in a campground. The neighbors were very friendly and we got a lot of good advice from those we met. They also had live music, a chiminea, and cool offerings like ice cream or wine tastings. They even have covered RV sites and some of the sites have a nice fireplace and/or 2 story patio. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Next time, we will.

This resort is a must stop if you have kids. There was so much to do, we barely left all week here. We enjoyed the large craft room with a rock climbing wall and huge bean bag chair. There were yard games, covered playgrounds, a little library, and an incredible pool with a waterfall and hot tubs.

Our dog also enjoyed the dog wash at the park, and we loved having lots of laundry machines for easy washing. The resort is landscaped so beautifully with cacti and fruit trees where you can pick fresh oranges and lemons, and we enjoyed so many family walks. There were unique sites with two story patios that were fun to see the set up even though we didn’t stay at one. We had a pull through gravel site that was easy set up and the gated entry into the resort made us feel super safe. Everyone was friendly, and we would absolutely love to go back again and would recommend it to anyone!

We stayed for 18 days in a pull through site. From check in to check out our experience was exceptional. The staff were helpful and friendly. Special recognition to Cher for always being informative, kind, and funny. The opportunity to pick and eat oranges and grapefruit daily was an added bonus. The common areas were clean and cared for. All that being said, the children in the park seemed unruly and without supervision. They climbed trees, threw rocks, and ignored traffic on the streets. Hoping this issue improves…but we’ll definitely be back.

We had an amazing week at this resort! Staff was always super helpful and pleasant. Site was level and everything worked as it should.

We enjoyed picking citrus (orange, grapefruit) in the mornings for our breakfasts. They have pickers you can rent which made it fun for the kids.

The nights were quiet and peaceful. There is the occasional jet noise, but that it to be expected near an AFB. It was never a bother, its the sound of freedom and a cool way to see your tax dollars flying away.

The resort was welcoming to conversions and older RVs too which was nice to see. We saw skoolies, tents (designated tent sites), and had no issues with our 1980 MCI. We love KOA for this.

Pools were clean and the hot tubs were a nice end to the evening. We met lots of cool people and made new friends.

We will be back and highly recommend this resort!
