A better filter system to locate those spaces that best fit ones RV needs. Also brief commentary on each site ie level, trees, gravel base, etc.

Rented a tent site online which was supposed to have a picnic table and electric outlet. Arrived after dark. Impossible to find the campsite assigned because signage is poor so I just parked in a grassy area for the night. No soap in the restroom during covid no less.

Very nice campground on the waterfront where we camped. Interesting birds, rather tame squirrels. A bit of litter here and there around boat ramp parking lot and at water's edge that I picked up as a community service. Nice biking/hiking path. We biked on the campground roads to the lock and damn and through other campground loops. Low traffic, level hard surface pads, quiet. We had a nice campfire from scavenged wood. Watch out for fire ants on wood. I got numerous bites that still itch after two weeks. 😟

We enjoyed a few days at this campground while exploring Fort Smith, Arkansas. The campsites were spacious and included a grill, fire ring, concrete picnic table and concrete prep table, all in excellent condition. Our site backed up to the lake.
COEs never disappoint and this one was no exception.
