We came to Ft Smith on the coldest week of the year 2024. The whole park froze up along with the water lines to the individual sites. We were very thankful for the camp host, who in single digit temps unlocked the maintenance shed to fill our 6 gal water tanks.
We enjoyed watching the locks with large barges coming thru. This park has some really nice trails which we enjoyed walking.
Would highly recommend this park that sits close to shopping and groceries.
Will stay here again when in the area

Didn’t enjoy my time here. The lady at the entry was very rude. The first day I was there they said to unhook our water from the faucet. That The faucets had enough winterize to be fine but would freeze in our campers. After the freezing weather was over it took three days to get water. My mom had reserved the second two weeks in her name and the lady called and threatened me that unless she was with me we could both loose our America the beautiful cards, and in a hateful way. My mother had died before the reservation so couldn’t be with me. I offered my card number but she said no

I really like the park however the campsite was very unlevel so I had to haul in blocks to make it safe for us to enter and exit our trailer otherwise it was a very nice park we drove through the 30 amp part of the park and found it was way better sites than the 50amp sites
