Campsite was difficult to find. I did not find any maps. We rode around for a bit looking for it. After that, everything else was really good.

Springhill, beautiful park next to the Arkansas River. The park guests were friendly and the sites were spread out pretty well. The park hosts, Bill and his wife were very friendly and supper helpful. We enjoyed our stay around July 1st 2023.

Beautiful area and the shade from trees helped with the high temps during the day.

We stayed in the same site (B10) on two separate weeks in early summer 2023. While it was hot, there was frequently a cool breeze drifting down from the many trees as air flowed toward the nearby river. Showers were clean, but there was the usual Corps of Engineers park issues of the water being too hot and sometimes the push-button shower start not giving more than a few seconds of water. And while we liked the site, there is a mudhole right at the edge of the road that can make a mess of getting parked. Lots of shade, which of course is important in an Arkansas summer! We will definitely visit again next time we visit grandkids in the area. Cellular internet was adequate, with both T-Mobile hotspot and AT&T phones.

The little loop we were on had the sites numbered backwards and the grass was really long.
